During the activity period, users can register to participate in the activity by binding their UnionPay Cards. After completing the consumption tasks, they will have the opportunity to claim the privileges. The details are as follows:

Based on the bank card bound for the activity, users can obtain the Greater Bay Area Travel Privilege Package after completing one eligible consumption in the Chinese mainland. The package includes 5 pieces of RMB 2 travel coupons for Guangdong Province (available for subways and buses in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, and Dongguan) and 3 pieces of RMB 2 travel coupons for Hong Kong and Macau (available for Hong Kong MTR, Hong Kong buses, Hong Kong trams, Hong Kong ferries, and Macau buses).

Privilege quotas on a first-come, first-served basis.

(1) Users can participate in the activity through the activity promotion page, or enter the "Privilege U Reward" in the "UnionPay APP" to register/log in to their existing accounts, complete the card binding and registration for the activity, check the progress of the activity, and check the privilege claiming status, etc.

(2) Users can enter the card binding page through "Not Registered, Click Here to Bind Card" to perform the card binding operation. The activity only counts the transaction records of the cards bound by the users. At most 1 UnionPay card can be bound for the activity, and the card cannot be replaced after binding. The bound cards are limited to UnionPay credit cards and debit cards issued in the Hong Kong and Macau regions.

(3) Eligible consumption refers to offline card swiping, mobile flash payment, payment by launching the UnionPay APP, and transactions where the QR codes of the UnionPay APP and bank APP are scanned for payment, etc., which are completed in the Chinese mainland using the card bound for the activity and are cleared and settled through the UnionPay network. However, it does not include non-consumption transactions such as loan repayment and online transfer, etc. The specific determination shall be subject to the identification of the UnionPay system. The eligible consumption details can be viewed on the "Card Bound, Check Transactions" page. After completing the eligible consumption, it will be counted within one natural day and recorded in the eligible transaction details.

(4) The privilege rewards will be automatically issued when the user meets the requirements. The monthly quota is limited, on a first-come, first-served basis. Users can check the obtained privilege rewards on the "Transaction Met Requirements, Check Privileges" page. Once the privilege is claimed, it cannot be revoked. The validity period of the travel coupon package is 30 days from the date of privilege issuance, and it will automatically expire if not used within the period. If a user participates in the activity through multiple channels (such as the UnionPay APP, bank page, etc.) at the same time, only one reward can be claimed.

(5) All privilege rewards obtained by the user should be claimed, exchanged, and used within the validity period specified in the activity. If the user fails to claim, exchange, and use them within the validity period, it is deemed that the user has waived the privilege, and UnionPay International Co. Ltd. (hereinafter “UnionPay International”) will not provide compensation. The privilege rewards are only for the cardholder's personal use, cannot be transferred, and shall not be used for any commercial promotion or other purposes, nor can they be exchanged for cash, other goods, or services.

(6) To enable more cardholders to enjoy this privilege, in case of any of the following situations, UnionPay International has the right to restrict or cancel the cardholder's eligibility to participate in the activity, and has the right to cancel or withdraw the already issued privileges without prior notice, including but not limited to: (1) conducting false transactions or illegal transactions, (2) violating the activity rules or using any means or tools that violate good faith, such as system loopholes, plug-in software, and add-ons, to obtain privileges, (3) having the eligibility to participate in activities restricted due to violations in other marketing activities of UnionPay International previously.

(7) The user agrees and authorizes to provide their name and mobile phone number to UnionPay International for the purpose of providing privileges and handling complaints. The information collection period is consistent with the activity period. If the user needs to stop the information authorization, please unbind the card and stop participating in this activity.

(8) All time points of this activity are subject to the time of the UnionPay International back-end system (Beijing time). In case of force majeure events, such as major disasters, the need to stop or adjust as required by the competent authorities, system failures necessitating suspension, or illegal and fraudulent activities that harm consumers' rights and interests, within the scope permitted by law, UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate this activity, and it will take effect after being announced.

(9) By participating in the activity, the user is deemed to have understood and agreed to these activity rules.

(11) The terms and conditions are written in both Chinese and English languages. If there are any differences, the simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
