Activity Rules：
1. The Promotion is valid from 2nd June 2025 to 31st December 2025 (refers to “Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is applicable to the UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards imprinted with the UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card. Qualified transactions must be settled via the UnionPay network.
3. The offer is applicable to new lettings only (not applicable to renewal or relocation cases) and the lease term must be between 1 to 24 months.
4. Cardholders must use a valid UnionPay card to pay monthly rent to Gateway Apartments in order to enjoy the offers. Pacific Club credits will be offered to the eligible cardholders after they signed all leasing documents, settled all initial payments and paid the first month’s rent.
5. Offers cannot be changed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
6. To get the Offer, direct bookings must be done through Gateway Apartments.
7. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.
8. UnionPay International and participating merchants reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
9. In case of disputes, the decision of Gateway Apartments shall be final.
